Eagle Ford - Case Study 1 - Star County, TX

Gulf Coast Basin

This case study analyzes six neighboring unconventional horizontal wells in Starr County, Texas that utilized VersaProp®, as well as sand and other ceramic proppants. The results show the effectiveness of using the highest quality intermediate strength ceramics to promote maximum durability and conductivity.

Proppants have a tough job. They must retain fracture geometry while providing sustainable conductivity to the wellbore at application conditions.
